Was born to heaven, I lost my baby boy Aidan on 25th May 2008 at 12.35pm...
Before this I had been admitted to my local hospital with complications..
I was always sent home being told that everything is ok.. and that I am a first time mum.
The pain and bleeding continued, on my last visit before being discharged I was taken into a room on my own and asked if my husband was beating me as this could be a sign of escape as I had been admitted 10 times ( I understand they have to be carefull) I of course said no I am in pain, bleeding and worried about my baby.
The day before my 30th week of pregnancy I was extremly ill. my husband rang the delivery suit and explained all, they advised him that I needed to be seen he said he'll call an ambulance and was told he could not only if its life and death.
I finally arrived at the hospital after waiting for a relative to drive us there, in absolute agony.
within 10 minutes the room was full and the big red button behind me had been pushed.
I had an emergancy c-section. My son was born to heaven.
I was then put on life support, transfered to an Oxford hospital had 2 cardiac arrests and died for 8 minutes..I was in a coma for 2 and a half weeks. I later had a traki put in my throat to help me breath. I also had my stomach cut open from just below my chest to my lower abdoman this was to soke the infection out of my body.
Once I was awake I was told the news that baby Aidan did not make it..
I never got to hold my son,touch him or kiss him. All I was given was a photo.
I did not get this untill I was discharged.
I then had to plan my son's funarel. as well as learn to walk again and use all my limbs.
All of this because the hospital didnt do their job correctly.
all that time ago I had an infection in my womb they call it Chorioamniotitis
I call it neglact.
It caused my son's death I will never forgive the NHS for that.
It can be caused by a simple water infection left un treated, can cause septic shock, e-coli sep, strep b... and alot more which I have suffered.
Loved by many, missed by all.

Aidan, hello my little angel, i never stop thinking about you, mummy and daddy love you so much, i know daddy doesnt talk about you as much as me but oh sweetie he loves you sooo much, our hearts break with every thought of you, i think daddys heart is shatterd, but dont worry mummys working on fixing it.. I know your watching down on us, i feel you there.. if only i could cuddle you just once, i will tho and thats what i have to remember,one day i will be able to cuddle you and kiss you and play, ONE DAY..
